Fall Mini Shoots Part II- Crofts Family

One of the thing I love most about taking pictures is I get to connect with old friends and people I used to know. I knew Rebecca from my church youth program and her older sister was my age. Of course we have all grown up since then and know she is married and has an adorable little boy with the most expressive blue eyes! It was a breeze to shoot their pictures, baby C made things so easy. I hope you enjoy a few of my favorites from the day. Thanks so much for letting me take your family pictures.

 

Fall Mini Shoots Part 1- Petersen Girls

Do these littles look familiar? Well that's because they are! S & B have both been featured on my blog a time or two. This shoot was a long time coming, and at first it seemed as if the girls weren't into it, but they hung in there and gave me some terrific photo opportunities. And Check out their momma! That is one of my Bestest best best friend ever; doesn't she look so great in the picture with baby S?!

Baby Boy {Terry}

There is nothing I love more than watching a newborn baby, oh wait yes there is, taking pictures of them and getting to hold them! I was able to photograph this sweet seven day old baby boy this week. This little guy has such a calm personality. He was so sweet. He is also the youngest and tiniest baby I have taken pictures of yet. You can just tell how happy and content he is. It was just amazing watching all of his little movements and grunts. Thank you Tiffani and Brad for letting me steal some time with him. I hope you enjoy!

Eldon is 5!

I am one of the luckiest moms in the world!!! I get to be this guys Mom! E is a very energetic, silly and compassionate. He makes a friend where ever he goes, and he is the only one allowed to bother or annoy his little sister. I am late in posting these, but these are his 5 year old birthday pictures. Now that school has started and this little man is off being a big boy at kindergarten I am able to FINALLY post these. Hope you enjoy these as much as I do. Oh and I had to grab a picture of both my kids, seriously am the luckiest.

 

 

 

 

Jenkins Family

I was thrilled to be able to take Amanda and Bradley's family pictures. I knew Amanda through church when I was younger. It was great catching up and learning all the new things her and her family are up to. We headed up to Kennesaw Mountain (where they had there first official date), and I am sure glad we did. The mountain was blooming with wild flowers and I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful/romantic setting not to mention the wonderful couple. Thanks for letting me do this for you Amanda and Bradley!

 

 

 

Gracie Girl is 3!!!

Our little princess is growing up before our eyes, she is headstrong and passionate when she wants to be, she can run and keep up with her brother, she has a silly and sassy personality, a tender and caring heart, with sky blueish grey eyes that are difficult to say no to (can you really blame me though!). All these wonderful qualities and more make up our sweet baby girl! Happy 3rd birthday Gracie! You are our little princess forever you make our lives more interesting and sweeter because you are in it!

 

Baby Girl {Petersen} #2

So this week has been a hectic one to say the least. Found out my Mom in law was moving cross country and sold her house, and she had to be packed and out in 4 days. During all of this hurricane I was able to take a much needed break and visit my best friend Emily at the hospital because there sweet little girl, baby S decided to come early, what a great surprise! Isn't she wonderful. She is calm and sweet, and had chubby cheeks just like her big sister. She makes the funniest noises when she eats, I loved meeting her. She was strapped in the Bili bed while I was there, but we stole her out for a few picture. Here they are:
